You can now track you customers status in the Home - tab.
With the Customer status tracker, you can easily monitor your customers' progress in the Life service.
Has not activated the subscription -> The customer has 30 days to activate the subscription in the Firstbeat Life app from the date of the invitation.
Has not ordered the measurement device-> Customer has activated the subscription but has not yet ordered the measurement device.
Has not connected the measurement device -> Customer has received the measurement device but has not yet connected it to the app.
Has not started the first measurement -> Remind the customer to start the first measurement.
Subscriptions are about to renew: Customer's Firstbeat Life subscription is renewing within the next 30 days.
Subsription ending soon: Customers Firstbeat Life subscription is ending within the next 30 days.
-> Check if need for new subscription.
Measurement Snapshot getting outdated: Customer has not finished Life measurement in the past 30 days.
-> Get customer activated.
Measurement Snapshot outdated: Customer has not finished Life measurement in the past 60 days.
-> Get customer activated.
Finished measurement in the past 7 days: Customer has finished last Life measurement within the past 7 days.
-> Check the report from ‘People’ tab.
A notification about excessive physical workload: The customer has exceeded the risk limit of physical workload.
Got Poor recovery notification: Customer has received poor recovery notification
Got Health-check recommendation notification: The customer has received a recommendation to contact healthcare due an irregular result.
Filter customer status
You can check the status of your every client by selecting View all. Or you can choose specific projects and groups you want to highlight in the status tracker by selecting the filter tab.
You can view your clients who has the same status (ie. ‘Finished measurement in past 7 days).
Or choose another filter you want to view.
To activate customers, you can send them emails by selecting Send email (opens default email).
