Removing a license
Measurement licenses and unused starter packages can be removed from the end-user. After the measurement license removal the user cannot start a new measurement from the Firstbeat Life mobile app. You can remove a single license from one user at a time and only from the Projects tab. Do not try to remove licenses from the People tab.
Start the removal by clicking the arrow button. You'll see the user's account information and granted licenses.
Click the three dots from the license row to open the options and Remove to remove the license.
After clicking Remove, the system confirms if you want to remove the license. Click Remove again to confirm and the license will be removed.
Removing an end-user
Admin users can also remove end-user's account information from the Firstbeat Life Admin with the Manager role. When the user is removed from the Firstbeat Life Admin, their license is removed but they can still access the Firstbeat Life mobile application but cannot make measurements.
End-users can be deleted in the Firstbeat Life Admin in two places:
First place is the end-user's account information view. You can open end-user's account information by selecting the company's group and clicking the arrow button from user's row. You can see the Remove button in the top right corner.
Another option to delete an end-user's account from the Firstbeat Life Admin is from the group view where all the group's end-users are listed.
You can select one or multiple accounts to be deleted. After selecting the accounts, click the Remove button from the bottom panel which appears after selecting the users.
System will confirm the user removal in both ways as in picture below:
