How to add groups and end-users

End-user licenses can be managed with the Manager role.

End-users must have measurement licenses to measure with Firstbeat Life and a Starter package to order measurement device via the mobile application.

Before you can add licenses to end-users you must add a company (see: add company).

Adding a group

Select Companies from the left sidebar and select the company you want. Then select Groups & People to open the groups view.

Create a group to the company by clicking  button

Write the group name to Group name field. 

You can add the group only with the name by clicking  from the bottom of the form.

Adding end-users to a group

End-users can be added to the group during or after creating the group. A single end-user is added in a similar way as a group of end-users. Open the group where you want to add the end-users.

Click  button. This opens a similar view as when you are adding a new group!

Type the email addresses to People's email addresses field. You can add one or multiple end-users at the same time to the same group. 

Assigning products to end-users

After you have written the end-users' emails to previous field, you must click the second phase open from Assign products to people.

Select which product licenses you want to grant to the end-users. You can also Edit the measurement license length as instructed in this article about how Firstbeat Life products work.

You can change the license to be non-renewing afterwards according to these instructions: how to set subscription to be non-renewing.

Schedule the time when you want the end-users to receive their licenses. When the scheduled time comes, the end-users receive the welcoming email and they can register and order the measurement device via the Firstbeat Life mobile app. You can schedule the timing to the future for every half an hour. You can also send the licenses immediately by keeping the time set to default. 

Next click   button. The system confirms the licenses you want to assign.

Confirm the assignment by clicking Confirm.

How to assign products to already existing users?

You can assign products to end-users afterwards. You must select the person in the group view and then click Assign products as in picture below.
