Client company contract can be set to be terminated from the Firstbeat Life Admin. The company's products won't renew or create invoice after the contract is terminated. End-users' licenses will not be renewed after the contract is terminated which means they can use the service for their ongoing period but after that the licenses are not valid.
After the company contract has been terminated, the company can't be used anymore and you must create a new company to assign new products for end-users.
You can open contract information and set contract ending date by going to Company’s overview and clicking Contract.
Company contract end date can be set by clicking Set termination.
Contract renewal date is based on the date that company is first time invoiced. For example, the contract renewal date is set when the monthly subscriptions are added to user and product pool.
You can set the company contract termination date by monthly of contract renewal date. For example, if the company's first license is added to user on 13th of February. The first recommended company contract end date is 13th of May.
After you have clicked Set button the company contract status will change as Ending as it will end on the set date.
You can also cancel the termination when the contract status is Ending by opening the contract information and clicking Reset termination.
When the set date is present, the company's contract will be terminated and assigned products will be unassigned and no invoice will be created from the company anymore.
