The partner can test the Firstbeat Life™ service by starting the service in the same way, as they would do it for customers.
Testing the service, is priced according to the costs that are specified in the framework contract and the price is invoiced on a monthly basis.
Firstbeat Life™ service is intended for long-time use, we recommend using at least a 3-month license for Firstbeat Life™ partners.
You can start using it at a time that suits you.
Setups
To test the service, you must have at least a Manager role, so that you can see the Projects section in Firstbeat Life Admin tool.
- Log in to Firstbeat Life Admin.
- Check this article to know more How to start using and login to Firstbeat Life Admin. - Select Projects from the sidebar and create a new project for demo measurements, if you don't already have one on your account. This makes it easier to separate service provider demo measurements from the actual customer projects.
- Add a group and your own email address.
- Assign the products to you. Select a licence and a starter package. Edit the subscription license to be 3, 6 or 12-month long and is it auto-renewing or non-renewing license. (Default settings are 12-months and auto-renewing.)
- Click Add and then Confirm.
- You'll receive an email with instructions to start the service. (The content of the message is the same as your customers will get.)
- Download the 'Firstbeat Life' app from your phone´s app store.
- Sign in with your Firstbeat Life Admin username and password.
- Order a starter package via the app to your home address.
- When you get the device, charge the battery and pair the device with your phone.
- You will get detailed instructions in your device packet.
When you want your testing period to end remember to remove the licenses from yourself. (Removing license)
